What is AFS‘s current position on the lease of dark fiber to enterprise customers?

We lease dark fiber strands to only the largest of large enterprises.  The reason for this is that these large firms have the financial capacity to build their own network if fiber was not available to them.  So a reasonable person, with high count fibers like those that we have, makes the product available.  Moreover, the largest of large enterprises have the IT know how, staff to light, and manage a network.  Most other enterprises below the Global 200 are better served by our managed services.
